Program: Private personal two-way SMS between the account owner and a personal AI assistant (continuity, including while driving). This is not a marketing list or public bulk messaging program.
In connection with SMS we may process: mobile phone numbers used on this program; message content and delivery metadata (timestamps, provider status); and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the messaging webhook.
Mobile numbers and messages are used only to send/receive personal or operational texts between the owner and the assistant; authenticate allowed senders (allowlist/pairing); maintain security and troubleshooting; and comply with law and carrier/Twilio requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are not placed on shared marketing lists. Infrastructure providers (for example Twilio as the SMS platform, and hosting providers) may process numbers only as needed to deliver the service, not for their own unrelated marketing.
Message frequency varies. This is a low-volume personal line. Traffic is typically a small number of messages per day and may increase briefly when the owner is actively messaging. There is no recurring promotional drip schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send or receive.
Cancel anytime by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You may receive one confirmation. Text HELP for help, or email dj@gunsofliberty.org.
Logs and numbers are kept only as long as needed for the personal assistant service, security, troubleshooting, and legal/compliance obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a private low-volume SMS line. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
This program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect SMS information from children under 13.
