Program: Private, low-volume, two-way SMS between Daniel Jenkins (brand owner / sole proprietor) and a personal AI assistant for continuity and operational notes (including CarPlay-friendly text while driving). Not marketing, advertising, or mass outreach.
The intended end user is the brand owner and any phone number the owner expressly allowlists. This is not a public consumer subscription. By texting the program number, you confirm you own or are authorized to use that handset/number.
Participation is by owner-initiated setup of the private line and express use from an allowlisted number. There is no public web form collecting third-party consumer numbers for advertising. Where carrier keywords apply, texting START, YES, or UNSTOP confirms consent to receive texts from this program.
Messages may include assistant replies, short status updates, reminders, and operational notes. No promotional campaigns are part of this program’s purpose. Message frequency varies with owner activity (typically low volume).
Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan. The operator does not charge a separate premium SMS fee; carrier rates still apply.
